5 Stars! Highly recommend Jessica and her team to anyone looking for a professional, responsive, and caring day-of coordinator for weddings in LA!

We were one of those couples whose wedding was planned for Summer 2020, but had to last-minute reschedule to Summer 2021 because of the COVID lockdowns. Initially, we thought that recruiting friends and family to help us coordinate the day-of logistics would work. But the COVID restrictions and everything happening in 2020 made us realize that we needed to hire a professional.

Of course, we interviewed so many different coordinators in LA and we got really lucky when we met Jessica! We were first impressed with her website and college scholarship that she funds and directly offers to students. Her prices listed were very reasonable and she was bilingual in Spanish, a HUUGGEE plus, so that she could communicate with our vendors and guests if need be.

We hired her for day-of only, but she still met with us at every step of the wedding planning process. At our intro meeting and those that followed, she was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I felt 100% comfortable moving forward with her because she understood the demands that my wedding required. Because of COVID, almost all of our meetings, except for the rehearsal, were done via zoom video call. She was on time and very flexible given our full-time work schedule.

Our wedding was at an art-studio/warehouse in East LA, and we held the ceremony and reception at the same venue. Jessica helped us find our catering services and vendors for everything. We contracted a florist, string quartet, DJ, wedding cake baker, outside catering and bartending, and Mexican paletero. With so many COVID restrictions in place, our guest count constantly changing, and some vendors having to completely cancel our contracts because of COVID closures, Jessica was able to keep us keep organized and find alternatives.

Wedding day came and Jessica and her team were on it! We stayed at the Intercontinental in DTLA the night before the wedding. I knew things were going to be okay, when she still managed to bring us coffee the morning of our wedding day, meet and greet our family members at the hotel, and coordinate all the setup happening at the venue while she joined us for our first look photoshoot.

Transitions were seamless. We left the hotel for romantic couples’ photoshoot in DTLA before our ceremony, and by the time we arrived at the venue, the entire ceremony space was decorated, the string quartet playing, and guests were getting seated. Once we finished the I do’s, her team escorted guests to our cocktail hour section and promptly provided us with water, drinks, and appetizers (without her, we would’ve forgotten to do that TBH).

The reception started on time and went fabulous up until the end. As guests were leaving, the venue manager dismissed the catering and clean up staff without letting us know. Jessica stayed until the very end to make sure that the entire venue was left clean and that our rentals would get picked up as we had planned.

We truly appreciated how authentic, respectful, and determined Jessica was throughout this process. Jessica is someone who can stay true to your vision and make it much more special.
